When and How should I book HRH for Thanksgiving 2005?

I know its a little early, but I'd like some advice on when I can book the HRH for Thanksgiving 2005. I have AAA and also a Loews gold. Where should I start? We have been alternating years between spending Thanksgiving in Disney & Universal (this year it's Disney) We spent Thanksgiving last year at the HRH, I booked that April directly through Universal Vacations but I think I probably spent more than I should so I'd like to get a little advice before I start. Thanks!
