When your double knotted shoelace comes undone just as you're hitting your stride.
Although you "went" before you left the house, 10 minutes into the walk, you have to go again!
When people look at you and start giggling.
When you can't, just can't, bring yourself to do the power arm pumping action while you walk.

I feel like such an exercise geek sometimes. :) ;) :)

I hope I'm not the only with these problems, or am I?
:o :)

ROFL....no, i can't get around the block without "going". I even stop at friends' houses on the way!

I love to walk early in the morning ....around 6am...such a great time of day...but I don't stop to visit at 6am.

I also have a treadmill...at least the potty is close when i use that.

LOL! If you don't find a restroom soon enough... it turns into a

A POWER WADDLE!

those top 2 problems, I am very familiar with

My sister and I like to do little jog spurts during our 4 mile power walks, but sometimes the bladder just can't handle it.....

dribble dribble

and if its cold out, then it can get icy

the solution to that is, dribble dribble a little more and thaw that out :teeth:

of course then you get a little more ice....and so it goes on and on

and there's the time of the month when a jog brings on a jiggle that is just too painful

Oh the joys of growing old and trying to keep weight off :o

Oh boy can I ever relate to #2!..... all the time and in every season! LOL;) :(

Yep, that's one reason I didn't walk on my lunchbreak today.
The darn cold was playing havoc with my bladder.:) I don't
know if the church at the park I walk at would've appreciated
me visiting just to 'use the facilities'.:)

Power Waddlers.....lol :)

You too Oldkicker? ;)

LuvN~Travel, I certainly hope they wouldn't mind, there are certain callings that can't be ignored!! :)

I'm a clutz, so yeah, I can relate. The funniest time was when I decided I needed to drop 20 pounds, and my my husband interpreted that to mean I needed to train for the next decathalon. He had me running up the steps to the Lincoln Memorial, somehow I FELL going UP the stairs. Not sure how this could happen, but if it could happen, it would happen to ME. I ended up tumbling down the stairs, and if you have ever been to the Lincoln Memorial, you know how many stairs there are.

Then there was the time I was jogging and ran into this little thing called black ice............

The amazing thing is that I never give up. I can rollerblade, I can ski, I can ice skate, but learning how was quite comical to everyone around me. :teeth:
