Wheelchairs do they load 4u???

If we end up renting with Apple for Mom, do the CM's help load her onto the bus? I know they tie her in...or do we have the option to collapse and sit in a seat instead?? Also, does anybody know if Apple delivers wheelchairs like ecv's too? Thanks!

Cast Members are prohibited from pushing Guests in wheelchairs, even if the Guest asks. The only thing they are allowed to do is to hold the chair steady when the Guest is boarding or unloading from an attraction.

And of course, for drivers to tie down or release the chair.

the pp is right you do have the option of transferring to a seat on the bus if that what you want to do or she can stay in the chair and be tied down.

In post 2 of the disABILITIES FAQs, there is a list of off-site companies that rent wheelchairs and ECVs, including Apple. All of the companies listed will deliver the wheelchair or ECV to your resort and pick it up again when you are done.

For the bus, agreeing with the other posters.
Someone will need to push the wheelchair onto the bus, but then you can either fold it and hold it on the bus or the bus driver will fasten the tie down straps for you.
