wheelchairs and door threshold question

I'm trying to find out where and what I can buy to put over a door threshold to make it easier to wheel over. Anyone out there
able to help?

Are you looking for something to buy, or something you can build?

There are a number of considerations to think about:

* Do you want something you can carry to the door just when you need it, or will it be more permanent?

* How high is the threshold- this will determine how much slope/length you need.
