Does anyone know where I can rent a wheel chair near DL.

This recent thread gives names of companies. The thread is specifically about ECVs, but I'm sure they rent wheelchairs, too.

That said, I might consider an ECV if it's for an adult. Disneyland Resort isn't entirely flat, and days of pushing the chair might not be as much fun as having a scooter that just goes on the command of the driver.
