Wheelchair parking?

I posted before about my broken toe. Thankfully it is healing but I will bring a wheelchair with me from home. It was much cheaper to rent it here.

Anyway, I can walk some and would prefer yo do so bc sitting all dish will make me crazy. Can you park a wheelchair in stroller parking? Or should we bring it to each ride? Are they stolen often?

I will definitely need it but not all the time so it would be easy to park it (in fantasyland or near buzz where things are close together).

I see needing to bring it yo each tide in the other parks bc things are so spread out.

Yes, I have seen wheelchairs in the stroller parking. You may want to ask a CM who is controlling the parking if there is a good place for your wheelchair.

You can park it in any stroller parking area be sure to only put it in marked stroller parking it will be moved if it is outside of the area

You can definitely park it with stroller parking. I'd put something identifiable (and difficult to remove) on it. For example, if you're crafty you could make a cover for the back that you just stitch the sides up and leave it until you leave WDW or get home (if you're flying, I'd suggest leaving it on until you're actually home). You cannot chain it to a stationary object just in case a CM needs to move it. I don't think they're stolen really all that often, but the more "generic rental" it looks like, the higher the risk.

You may want to consider pushing the wheelchair like a walker through some of the longer queues or queues with long waits. That way you have a place to sit if you find it's too much standing/walking. It's better to prevent pain as much as possible than to treat it after you're already hurting.
