Know Before You Go
-Guests may bring their own wheelchairs / ECV's or rent them.
-ECVs / Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at theme parks and resorts.
-Reservations are not accepted at theme parks, and quantities are limited. Please plan to arrive early.
-Guests must be 18 years of age to rent ECVs / Wheelchairs. A photo ID is required.
-The maximum weight is (450 pounds ECV / 350 pounds Wheelchair). Both are not designed to hold more than one person.
-You are welcome to bring and use your own ECV / Wheelchair throughout Walt Disney World Resort.

The Buena Vista Companies have been operating for more than a decade in and around the Walt Disney World properties.
Operators are available to assist you from 8 am - 9 pm, 7 days a week.
