Wheelchair and cruise questions

My DM is 87 and needs a wheelchair for distance. We are taking her electronic one with us. We want to shop in Grand Cayman and the Tequilia and Tacos in Cozumel. Tequilia and Tacos is the only one I saw with wheelchair accessibility. Is the distance from the dock to shopping close or will I be walking miles? She so wants to do something on the trip.

Any help/advise would be appreciated.

Cozumel - depends on which dock. One dock has shopping area there at end of pier, the other dock has a couple shops at pier, but main shopping is across the street.

Cayman was a tendered port, so we couldn't get off ship, since DS is wheelchair-bound.
