Okay...so...we are 99% sure that I am allergic to oats by a trial and error test (stopped eating them and stopped having severe reactions...haha). We also think I might be mildly allergic to wheat (very mild delayed reactions) but we are not 100% sure about that. I am planning on going to DL this Saturday for my birthday (just for the day...I'm local) but I am not getting retested for my allergies until at least next week. So for now, I am supposed to be avoiding oats all together and wheat as much as possible.
What are some of the best places to eat Gluten Free? I am not new to eating at DL with allergies as I am also allergic to peanuts/tree nuts/ eggs/ shellfish, but we have also not had the bext experiences with DL dining in regards to allergies. WDW has always been wonderful and I have always thought that DL is lacking in this.
I really cant do sit down meals for both meals because I am going with a friend of mine and both of us are broke college students...lol.
But for gluten free, where have you had good experiences with CS restaurants?
