We have seen WOC from the balcony near the restaurants on Pixar Pier; though usually once this is finished we tend to go back to our hotel. Takeaway ordered meals delivered to the hotel tend to be a bit cheaper than those in DL and DCA but in saying that, the parks are ideal for special celebration meals every once in a while.
