What's your highest bowling score?

DH, DS and DH's Father and DH's Mother are all HUGE bowlers. DFIL averages over 190, DH averages about 180, DMIL averages 160 and 15 year old DS averages 150..........Me, I bowl a 36!!!!! Seriously after being in this family for 18 years you would "THINK" I could bowl, but nope!!!

I do think I broke 100 once and made a HUGE deal out of it!

Oh and I should mention that DFIL and DMIL just bought our local lanes so we spend entirely to much time there !!!!!!

74 without bumpers with bumpers I actually beat my DH I had 110.

I think my highest w/o bumpers is around 60 and with bumpers it's around 110.

I'm impressed that we have two 800 shooters in this thread.

for the non-bowlers out there, breaking 800 for three games is really rare - sometimes a decent bowler can catch lightning in a bottle and score a 300 game (perfect score), but getting 800 for three games is really tough. Very little room for error.

I bowled for years when I was younger, and even though I was a pretty good bowler, I never got higher than 714.

Just to give you an idea, my 1st 800 series was 299-253-249=801 and the 2nd 800 series was 279-268-255=802.
