fudge batter pudding (like the choc. pudding at Cracker Barrell)
1c flour
1c sugar divided
1/2c chopped nuts
3T+1/3c cocoa divided
2t baking soda
1/2t salt
1/2c milk
3T margarine or butter,melted
1t vanilla
1+2/3 hot water
confectioner sugar
In greased 2 qt round cassarole mix flour, 1/2 c sugar,nuts, 3T cocoa,baking powder and salt; set aside
mix milk, butter and vanilla; stir into flour mixture to blend well.sprinkle the rest of sugar and cocoa on top. Pour on water.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes or until pick comes out clean of center of cake Serve warm with Ice Cream or Cream or Milk on top.
