50's Prime Time - great food and great atmosphere!

I've been to them all and I think Brown Derby has the best food. But if you want one of the more fun options, then 50's Prime Time.

50's Prime Time is one of the best meals on property. The pot roast and chicken are wonderful. I'll be there next Friday! We'll try Sci Fi that evening. Hopefully I can get a burger and a shake... :/

I love Sci-Fi. The whole ambiance of the restaurant overshadows the simple food. I enjoyed the food there, I feel like a lot of people are always so critical of this TS but I love it here!

I totally agree with you. I LOVE SciFi A LOT! The atmosphere rocks. The food is simple yet delish. I had their ribs and its so tasty and not too fatty. The sauce was a killer, so yummy. Their burgers and shakes are awesome too. This place is so much fun.

I really really want to love the food at 50's, but I dont. I honestly thought their fried chicken was far too salty. I only had 1 out of the 4 pieces of chicken. Maybe i ordered wrong. I dunno. But im willing to give this place another chance since it gets such great reviews all the time. I'll try the meatloaf or potroast next time.

In order. 50s, Brown Derby and then Sci-Fi. The best atmosphere is at Sci-Fi, but the food is just so-so. 50's has amazing pot roast, fried chicken, Smores dessert. We have not had Mama Melroses

50's is our must do on DHS days. We usually go for lunch. Sci-Fi, however, has a great atmosphere that is worth trying at least once (the menu is pretty boring). MM, HBD and H&V all range between awful and sub-par with not much to offer.

We've eaten at all of the restaurants and can honestly say none really excite us anymore. While you can still get a decent meal, it's usually hit and miss at all of them. On a good day, Mama Melrose and Brown Derby are okay, but we don't spend entire days there so we usually grab something at CS for lunch and have dinner someplace else.

Hollywood Brown Derby. Expensive meal, but well worth it.

This is a must for me on every trip! Have always had great food & service here. Not really into the whole routine and the CM's are great about it. Usually get the fried chicken w/mashed potatoes & green beans (don't like southern greens) and it's always been served hot and juicy. The shakes are AMAZING and really thick.

Have 2 adr's here on my upcoming trip (one solo, the other with family).

Another vote for Mama Melrose's!

The wood grilled tuna is outstanding. Also, I liked their Mozzarella and Tomatoes. If you haven't tried those two dishes, you are missing out. They are so flavorful and good!
