What's your favorite summertime food?

I'm thinking watermelon and tomatoes. It seems like so long since I've had a good tomato, with fresh mozzarella and basil....mmmmmm..... I can't wait til summer!

In Chicago there is a place called Rainbowcone which is Rainbow Ice-cream the best ice cream around plus I can't wait for anything grilled. :cool:
