What's Your Favorite Side Dish?

My favorites are:

Le Cellier - mushroom risotto
Les Chefs de France - baked macaroni (used to come as a side to an entree, now not offered)
Ohana - noodles
Kona - mashed potatoes
The Wave - mashed potatoes

The sauteed farmhouse greens with garlic at Kouzzina's.

The wok-fried green beans at Yak and Yeti.

The vegetable slaw at the Turf Club at SSR.

The grilled asparagus at Fulton's Crab House at DTD.

Jiko - macaroni and cheese with the reduction sauce
Akerhaus - breakfast potatotes
Cali Grill - any of the Risottos
Flying Fish - They now make their own bread its sourdough/rye we were there on Tues - OMG

Did anyone say carbs? LOL.

Not sure of this is considered a "side" but the Cheddar-Bacon Soup at Le Cellier...wow...:thumbsup2 The mashed potatoes there are awesome as well.

The pork fried dumplings (Animators Palate) and escargot (Tritons) on the DCL are both awesome!

My favorite sides are:

Kona Cafe' - macaroni salad (available @ lunch)
'Ohana - lo mein, pork dumplings, salad
Rose & Crown - chips
Cape May Cafe' - mashed potatoes
Sunshine Season - rice pilaf & mashed potatoes

Love the mashed potatoes at Cape May. We were there in May and they were different. They did not have the potato skins on them. Not as good so disappointed. Also love the macaroni and cheese at Le Cellier, brown and crispy on top. The potato chips at Olivia's. They come with sandwiches at lunch. They are so crispy.

Speaking of chips, I really enjoy the homemade chips at Cosmic Rays. They are especially good dipped in cheese sauce from the fixins bar.:)

This will be our first trip to Disney so I've been working full time to find the best mac and cheese and french fries. I'm not much of a meat eater so sides mean the world to me :)

The BEST fries are the thick cut steak fries at The Plaza @ MK...hot, super crispy, but soft inside, just the right amount of salt...:lovestruc

Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes from Le Cellier
Pot Stickers and Spring Rolls from Nine Dragons
Rolls from Le Chefs de France

I LOVE the noodles at Ohana. And the potstickers - every night when DH and I look at each other and ask what the other wants for dinner, we both say POTSTICKERS!

And - kind of a quirky one I know, but the Polynesian Chips that come with the sandwiches at Captain Cooks at the Poly - we usually stay at the Poly and I will go over and get just an order of chips (and dip in honey mustard - SUPER healthy ;) )

Now i'm craving.....

Best side dish, cream cheese mashed potatoes from Le Cellier. They should be an option at all Disney dining locations. I even found the recipe online and made them at home, they were just as good.:cool1::banana:
