what's your favorite place to see MK fireworks outside the park?

We have chef mickey ressies the night we arrive and do not plan to use our park passes. We are staying at AKL but I was thinking we could checkout one of the MK resorts for a future stay and watch the fireworks while we are there. Or, is there some other place you can get a nice view?

Same as the pp, we watched them from the beach at Poly (after we had an awesome dinner at Ohana!) It was a great view! But we've never watched them from anywhere else outside of MK though.
