When I was able to eat cereal, too chewy now. Not a soggy cereal fan Cheerios. I also liked Golden Grahams. Dad enjoys flavored granola for breakfast.

Oregon Sun Stone... they are found topnsoil on Eastern Oregon desert soil... I have a clear vase full of the cracked gemstone and they are on a table with a statue of 3 miners panning for the gems

Wow you're a blessing... I forgot about my instrument...a hollow gourd with 22 thin metal bands at different scales... perhaps a harp of sort... when warm I play it in the front yard... nothing on TV.. so on my lap
