I don't know the difference between different sweet onions, so I voted for the vidalia.

I don't think I do either. At the store we have Vidalias and Sweet Onions. Would those be Texas sweet?

yup the sweet onions in most stores are the texas sweet variety, its the same onion as a vidalia, but its not from GA
