Now that you can get an alcoholic beverage with the dining plan, tell me what is your favorite drink(s) in the parks and where do you get it. I know everyone's tastes are different. That why I don't ask which is the best. I just want your perspective of which is your favorite.

For me it depends on the time of day.
In the afternoons I enjoy the odd draught Bud lite.
The evenings i would go with an a draught & the odd Old fasioned or a similar drink.
I do like a nice glass of red wine with a steak though, a good Cabernet or Merlot.

Some of my favorites:
  • The Hollywood Manhattan at Hollywood Brown Derby
  • Blood orange or avocado margaritas at La Cava del Tequilla
  • The honey-blueberry slushy at the honey booth for Epcot festivals
  • Captain's Mai Tai and the Dole Whip drinks at the Barefoot Pool Bar

Pina colava is my favorite resort-wide.

HS - Grown up lemonade at Woody's and Rum Island Breeze at Backlot Express
AK - Island Breeze at Pizzafari
Epcot - French martini at Chefs de France

Oasis pool bar - Voyager

I tried a banana cabana last week and did not like it :(

One drink I really love, which never seems to get a mention in these threads (unless I mention it, lol), is the Pink Himalayan at Yak & Yeti. The menu on the WDW website says it is "Ford's Gin, Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, Passion Fruit and Lemon Grass Flavors, Salt Rim." Yum!

I like a Scotch Whiskey preferably Johnny walker Blue being this and likely the cheapest are not an option on the DP unless mixed with?.....
Relating to the DP nothing especially CS being you are forced to get an extremely overpriced beer, an odd dispensed concoction, or a margarita in a can. TS I can always get a plain rum and coke I don't like sweet drinks. I prefer to pay for a drink I want rather then pay for a drink I don't want but priced into a DP maybe 15 years this would have worked for me however.

French martini or schoefferhofer grapefruit - both Epcot

Grand Marnier slushie in Epcot (permanent kiosk in France) and a margarita from Thirsty River Bar in AK on the way to Everest. Also the Nomad lounge in AK has great cocktails.
never tried the GM slushie, sounds good, agree with TR marg and cocktails at nomad, we will wait in line for a top shelf marg there

Leaping LIzard at Nomad Lounge in AK. Favorite drink in all of Disney World.

Blue Safari at AK;s Dawa Bar also a favorite - no longer on the menu, but some bartenders that remember it will still make it.

Tengierine slushie (formerly tangierine daquiri) at Tangierine Cafe in Epcot's Morocco

Grand Marnier Slushie in France

Fiesta frozen margarita at Choza de Margarita in Epcot's Mexico pavilion

Hippopoto-mai-tai at Trader Sam's in Polynesian Resort

Uh-Oa at Trader Sam's in Polynesian Resort

Spikey Pineapple at Tiki Terrace in Polynesian Resort (you can get this inside Trader Sam's too - but it doesn't come with a good 'show' and feels more like a tropical outdoor drink)

Lapu Lapu at Tambu Lounge in Polynesian Resort

Blackberry Moonshine Lemonade at the Sunshine Day Bar in DHS

Sonoma Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned at California Grill in Contemporary

Conjurita at Abracadabar in Boardwalk Resort

Sunset Margarita at Bar Riva in Riviera Resort

Pomegranate Paradiso at Topolino's Terrace Bar in Riviera Resort

Banana Cabana at Geyser Point in Wilderness Lodge

Bear-y Buckle at Crockett's Tavern in Fort Wilderness

Topolo Margarita at Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs

Fountain of Youth at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar in Disney Springs

My favorite mixed drink(?) in Epcot is iced coffee with a double shot of Baileys from the Joffrey stands. I always ask for it with a shot of Baileys, and they always ask if I want a double shot, and I reply sure, I'm on vacation. Its my own little ritual. If the timing is right I sit and drink it on the benches and listen to the band in the Canada section.

  • Moroccan Mule at Spice Road Table in EPCOT (can walk in and get to-go from bar)
  • Moonshine Sour from outdoor Regal Eagle bar in EPCOT
  • African margarita at Dawa Bar in Animal Kingdom
  • Hightower Rocks at Nomad Lounge and Tiffins in Animal Kingdom

KIWI COCONUT RITA at Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom. The menu says it has Milagro Silver Tequila, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, fresh kiwi, sweet & sour and Coco Reál Cream of Coconut. I have tried to duplicate it at home but not even close. I have been waiting 4 years to have another one and now I only have to wait 65 more days!!!

In Magic Kigdom, it is usually a cold light beer. Typically, we stay at MK all day and it's really refreshing.
At the other parks, it's usually an old fashioned or something with a glowing ice cube.
Polite Pig has a nice bourbon list.
