Whats your favorite hidden gem TS?

We all know about the common favs...but whats is your fav thats not common?

Sanaa (Animal Kingdom Villas), Turf Club (Saratoga Springs), or anywhere at the Swan/Dolphin.

The Wave. Great food. Great service. Always able to get a table if we're flexible as to time of day or evening.

I have to say Turf Club, as well. We discovered it on our last trip. We look forward to going back on our next one.

I know The Wave is not a signature. One of our favorite TS in the World...the soup they have with the smoked pork loin is the best soup I've ever eaten.

None of them are considered signature dining.

If you are asking because of the dining plan, they are all 1 TS per person.

Yet another vote for The Turf Club!

Even when we are not staying at Saratoga Springs Resort, we usually end up making time to visit just to eat at TC.

Also, when the weather is nice, it is lovely to sit out on the covered patio and watch the river, and the boats crossing over to DTD.

My biggest gem is just the fact that lunch is almost always quieter, less harried, often prettier, and of course, cheaper than dinner. So some of my favorites at lunch are GFC, LTT, and as mentioned previously, Sanaa. Add to that a late breakfast at Boma.

We ate at Maya Grill at CSR a few nights agoand found it to be a delightful surprise. The food and atmosphere were very nice. We will definitely return.

Kona for lunch, the place is empty, the resort is quiet and the food is amazing

Just had a terrific dinner at Kouzinna. Service was okay, enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Our server was nice, but seeing how much the other servers talked with and discussed with their guests, I felt a smidge slighted. Would go back in a heartbeat. Also, the chocolate budino cake is to die for.

Another vote for the wave here... we found it by accident staying at the CR a couple years ago, and seem to make it back every trip! The service is good, food is great, and is a nice break from characters.

Just back and had an exceptional lunch at Via Napoli in Italy (Epcot). Highly recommended.

I think the wave is losing is "hidden gem" classification. Was there the other night, and it was jam packed! Waited 30 minutes past our reservation time...

We also ate Turf Club...Definitely a hidden gem! It barely felt like were were at Disney. And in some ways that was a good thing! We had a very relaxing lunch, and didn't feel rushed or crowded. It felt like we were at our gold club having lunch. Okay we don't actually have a golf club, as we don't play golf, but it's what I imagine it would feel like!
