What's your favorite Character Breakfast?

Ohana - I LOVE this place. Love the fact that its a sit-down all you can eat. So you can sit and relax and wait for characters instead of sprinting to the buffet. The atmosphere of this place is gorgeous! The food is delish!! The pineapple bread and iliko juice is TO DIE FOR! Characters are great....we saw mickey twice! Stitch is hilarious too. A must do for every trip!

Tusker House - They have the best variety/selection of food i've ever seen. Wow! There's something to please everyone! Theme is great, and so are the characters. Esp Daisy. She was a RIOT! Loved her!

Crystal Palace - love the food, love the beautiful glass building and topiaries, and love Pooh and friends!

Ohana by far! The characters were great, the kids were in a parade around the dinning hall, and the food was great! If you only do one character breakfast, this is the one.

'Ohana! I love the atmosphere, the food, and the personal time with the characters. It's my favorite by far :lovestruc

Kids' favorite: Chef Mickey's. Why: they like the high energy of the place, the napkin twirling, and the buffet items. They think that the food tastes better because Mickey is making it! ;)

DH's favorite: Cape May Buffet. Why: he likes the laid-back, quiet atmosphere and that the kids are entertained between characters with crayons and butcher block paper on the table.

My favorite: 'Ohana. Why: I like to watch my boys interact with Stitch, I like the juice that is served, and that the food is served family-style. It is so nice not to have to get up from my seat every time one of the kids wants something.

Donalds Breakfast (Tusker House at Animal Kingdom)!! I love the buffet! There is SO much to choose from you could get lost! And the food is great! And yes... they have Mickey waffles! :goodvibes The characters are in their safari gear and you get Daisy! It is a great place for breakfast! :thumbsup2

We did Crystal Palace, Akershus, Chef Mickey's, and Tusker House while we were there last week, and my faves were CP and TH. Akershus maybe would have been higher on the list, except that we were disappointed it was exactly the same princesses as our CRT dinner. TH of course had (mostly) the same characters as CM's (with Daisy switched out for Pluto) but we loved the food there the best, I think. Love the juice!

We didn't do 'Ohanas because I had never heard my daughters mention Stitch (and we don't have the movie at home) so I figured it'd be lost on them (plus I was trying to use character meals to max out on park time, so wasn't looking at resort meals), but now I wish I had because somehow they became OBSESSED with Stitch during this trip. On our first day we went on Stitch's Great Escape and they were TRAUMATIZED by the ride - seriously, crying during the whole thing - but as soon as the lights came up and the ride was over, they were all, "Oh boy, Stitch is on the loose! We'd better look for him!" and we went to CRT that night where they proceeded to blab and blab to all the princesses about how they needed to watch out because Stitch was last seen at the castle, etc., and so then after that we were on a mission to meet Stitch. Which we did. Three times. And we had to buy Stitch dolls for both of them. LOL. Like I said, they were obsessed.

Anyway - as a result of getting to know Stitch so well, I would definitely do a meal with him. He is HILARIOUS! And I think the 'Ohanas food looks great, so that meal is going to be a must on our next trip.

Im so glad a few of you like Tusker house, I just got a reservation and we are looking forward to it!

We have been to Ohanas for breakfast 3 times now because our 3DDs LOVE Stitch. It's been two years and they are getting older. We planned a trip for this August and I was going over the itinerary for the trip and they were like..."Why aren't we going to Ohanas????!!! We always go there!" Guess what I did, I added another ADR for breakfast at Ohanas! It is quite relaxing to have someone bring the food to you when you have an EARLY adr and you aren't quite awake yet. The food was awesome and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the juice!!! And Stitch!!!!

I like Tusker House. I think it has the best food overall in terms of both quality and variety, and it's just a little less chaotic than some of the more popular character breakfasts. Actually, I think breakfast at Tusker House is the single easiest way to meet Mickey on property.

Cape May Cafe.... great character interaction, good food, great location :)

Same here....it is actually tied with Akershus breakfast. We love the character interaction at both places and the food is awesome too. Both of these places are must dos for us.

Crystal Palace and Tusker House especially for early ADR before park opening.
Food is great and character interaction is good also. Cannot say much for Akershaus or CRT since DS refuses anything girly at this point. ;)

We LOVE 'Ohana! We have heard lots of good things about Tusker House, so we're trying that one out in June!

Although we don't do breakfast anymore our last 4 trips have stayed CL, but Crystal Place has always been my favorite. We now have lunch or dinner here.

Have tried all of the breakfasts in the past though and have enjoyed them all.

Our favorite is Lilo and Stitch at 'Ohana. We love the family style food, and the parade around the restaurant with the maracas.

Crystal Palace as early as possible in the morning-preferably right when it opens (before the park even opens!)

The setting is magical, and getting to see down Main Street when its basically empty is quite the sight!

The food is delicious, plentiful and fresh, and the characters (Pooh!) are some of the best...i have been going to this breakfast since I was little (about 20 years ago!) and its my fave....Mickey waffles and piles of bacon...need I say more?

We have been to four- Cape May'08, CP&CM'10 and CRT'11. CM was the worst- ok food at best and the characters were very hurried. Cape May was the least stressful and was fun. CP was awesome because we got into MK before rope drop and enjoyed having Main Street and the Castle to ourselves. CRT,though, is now on our always to do list. The food is better than the rest, but there is nothing that can top the atmosphere of being in Cinderella's Castle! WOW you can't beat the experience!!
