I want to try some of the candies from around the world. What are everyones favorites?I am a milk chocolate addict but my dh and dd like dark.I remember reading about some of the different type of unusual candies from some of the countries-thought it woud be fun to get some.

My ds's favorite place to buy candy is in Japan:cool1: He loves the hi-chew candies. they look like packs of gum. They have a great flavor and now I am going to buy a bunch online b/c we're addicted:laughing:

oh... I love chocolate too!!! I can't wait to see the other responses b/c I'll have to make a list too! Sounds like so much fun!:woohoo:

I am not a gummy candy fan but love anything chocolate! Germany has great chocolates! The candy bars in England are some of our favorites. Similar to our American chocolate but different enough to be a treat. Our fav is the Aero bars! Cannot wait to get some this year!

Peanut Butter Dream at Goofy's Candy Co. in Downtown Disney! I know this isn't EPCOT, but I just had to post it.

Norway sells something in a yellow bag. They are chewy chocolates! So yummy..can't recall the name but we always grab a bag for there and bag for home.

Is it Smor Bukk? I've never had one but they are definitely one of my favorite things to "say." :rotfl:

My DD10 and I did this last yeat at EPCOT I gave her $5 per country, it was a blast....a very delicious blast! Japan gummies and Norway starfish gummies were her favourites!! She actually ended up with a ridiculous amount of sweets! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

I would have to agree for the gummies in Germany! And the bakery in Norway! so good

Many of the English chocolate bars and treats found at Epcot are available here in Canada. If you make a trip up to pretty well any province, you'll be able to buy them practically anywhere. (Many brands from Cadbury's and Rowntree)

Some of the Euro-stuff is here too. (Toblerone- Swiss, Kinder Eggs - Germany, etc...)

My DS did this last year and his favorite was Rice Candy from Japan. Loved it!

You know, I see Pocky from Japan in our local grocery store. In the cookie section....
