What's your favorite 3 bedroom RCI resort?

We just returned from two weeks at the Sheraton Vistana and had fun but we need a three bedroom next year to bring my parents. Any suggestions?

If I just look at the RCI site, I see a few that have three bedrooms but I'd love to hear from someone who has stayed in a 2 bedroom with a walkout unit.

Thanks.

i know that they are a little tired these days but in terms of space.. the embassy vacation at grand beach is amazing.
Two master bedrooms and one twin room.. large lounge/kitchen area.
As its a proper unit.. its not a lock off or anything it works very well.

Having said that, Ive not been for quite a few years.. but we used to get it for $130 a night which was a great bargain.

The resort is pretty small and with few facilities, but centrally located just opposite of Vistana Resort.. and we loved it there. We stayed there many times....

Hi:
Is the Grand Beach the one on Lake Bryan? It has a pool and childrens pool am I correct? Other than that and being clean, it's all about location for us. That would be a great one to put on our list. We usually give RCI a list with our dates and see what turns up.

Thanks.

We stayed in a 3 bdrm at Orange Lake West Village last December and loved it. It was huge. Wehave also had a 3 bdrm at Cypress Point Grand Villas. It was also nice. The 3rd bdrm was a lock out.

Thank you. Orange Lake was on my list as is Summer Bay (we stayed there last year). We've also stayed at Cypress Palms but it was 8 year's ago in the 3 bedroom. I'm wondering if it has been updated recently?

Cypress Pointe is fine - but it doesn't sleep as many as other 3-bedrooms.

this is an old list - so the newer resorts needs to be added

Those all have three bedrooms? Thanks so much for the list. It certainly makes researching easier! I almost but not quite feel guilty when I ask for information here instead of spending hours looking elsewhere!

Thanks a bunch!

yea - there might be a few new ones.

got this list from tug - and believe it is very usefully.

that say not all 3-bedroom will sleep the same - some will only sleep 10 - while most will sleep 12.

check with the rci resort information because you reserve one.

We only need to sleep 7 so any three bedroom should be large enough. I know it sounds selfish as I could put the kids on the sofa bed but after a long day at the park there is no greater joy than tucking them into bed, kissing them good night and shutting the door. Now, mommy can relax!

that is not selfish - to get a 3-bedroom when you travel alone - now that is selfish..... which I have twice.... (my friends did cancel - but hey if they came it would be a party of 3)

The Grand Beach Resort is my favorite 3 bdrm. unit resort because it has 2 master bedrooms and the units are really large. In fact, I saw this resort available on Ebay for like $300 for the entire week... thats an awesome deal!!

yes, thats the one.

It was very clean last time we were there.. but as I say. it was some years back.
We loved the fact that it was soooo close to everything and that the resort was very small. yes it doesnt have room service or pizza delivery.. or a in house restaurant but you are so well situated there that there is plenty of choice off site.
Also it has underground parking which we really liked.
