I've been lurking mostly lately. Just haven't felt like posting much ... until now.

My drag name is very tropical = Coconut Kahlua Kumanawannalaiya

And am I the only unfortunate soul who grew up in a town of street numbers not names? Pet + Street = Boots 27th Avenue

And SFBayDon, what kind of street name is Shamoon? Well, better than 27th Ave. I guess.

Okay, the "RuPaul's Drag Race" thread got me thinking.

If you were to be a drag queen, what would your name be?

Try and come up with something clever and campy. A play on words is always great for drag names. Some of the classics: Amanda Huggenkiss, Ivana Mann, Anita Cocktail, Kitten Kaboodle, Patty O'Furniture etc.

So who would you be? Tara RaBoomdeeAy? Helena Handbasket?

As for me? I can't decide between Sharon Sharalike or Helsa Poppen.

I thought your drag name is derived from the name of the first pet you had as your first name, and the street you grew up on as your last name.

That makes me Princess Roslyn

Oh I love it. It sounds like it should be delivered to me on the beach in a coconut shell with flowers all around it (a drink of course) Fun name (well they are all fun--fun thread, I think I have said that already though, but extra fun name--maybe tropical just sounds good right now because i am cold)
