What's Your Character "Hit List" for WDW?

Hi all .. it's going to be my first trip to WDW in August (SOOOOOO EXCITED!! Been to Paris and California now time for Florida!) Anyway .. I wanted to know what everyones character "Hit List" is when you go to WDW .. like which ones are the most interactive and fun especially for adults as we are a group of 3 adults going?
