Everyone's budget is different. Lets compare the breakdowns. Who knows what you may like and want to adapt to your own. Either upcoming or past visits should do.

Mine is (March 2016):
Hotel 1600. 6 days onsite at Port Orleans (Good view, without discount added in. I am hoping I will get a discount room, but not adding discount into budget just in case)
Tickets 1220. Two adults, one child. (If I get room discount, I am upgrading to park hoppers)
Kids money 300. (2 kids. They are earning money set up though chores though out year. So they can earn a little or lot- it is up to them.)
Kid Clothes- 100 (Since I am taking my nephew- I am buying him everything from shoes to clothes. The only thing his mom will provide will be his meds. I don't want the additional stress of not knowing whether or not my nephew has something or if it will fit. Also is something gets destroyed, like shoes, my sister will not get upset.)
Bathroom products- 50 (shampoos, mouth items, body washes, etc)
Groceries- 50 (for that trip to store half way though- sodas, water, breakfast items, snacks, etc. Also no matter how well you plan you will forget something that you need to go to store for)
Road hotels- 500 (we are going by car so 2 hotels on way there, one on way back- We like to stay at nice hotels- Durry in by far is our favorite. We like to be comfortable.)
Gas- Tricky (we have gas cards we put these on and pay off with leftover vacation money otherwise we pay pay off within two months coming back from vacation. We do not budget this)
Food/other 2200 (200 a day seems about right for us and has the past two vacations. 3 days travel there, 5 days there, 2 days back, one extra day for just in case.)

I am doing swag bucks, my surveys, and bing for gift cards to cut down food budget, but not adding them into budget. If I do this right I should have about 400 in food gc's by the time we go.

So lets see yours.

1550- 14 nights @ pool house
1315- 2-6 day & 2-7 day tickets
450- Drive down &back includes gas/food/ 2 nights @ hotel
126- Parking
900- Food, that includes 1 character meal, lunch/snacks/drinks in the park and groceries
1500- fun money.. for souvenirs and we want to try some new things around Orlando this trip

We"ll have 950 in Disney Rewards that will pay for parking/food and souvenirs in the parks and another 800-900 from swagbucks/bing/surveys that will cover our drive down/groceries/ some of the fun money

3600 package- 5 nights at Poly, 5 nights at BC with 8 day park hoppers and 1 free WP day (magical deal)
920- plane tickets for 4 people
107- overnight airport hotel and 10 day parking at the airport (sleep/park/fly)
2000- food for 10 nights. Distripplanner.com has me around $1900 but the kids aren't going to Cali Grill with us and I plan on sharing meals with DD since she isn't into kids meals much. Also everyone overeats the first few nights and then it tappers out. We don't have ADR's everyday. So I'm thinking it'll be closer to $1600ish.
800- extras/fun money/souveniors/food at airport (way over budget compared to previous trips but I like to be safe)
150- supplies (moleskin, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) and breakfast foods to take
300- clothes/shoes for me and the kids. Mostly me but I'll do this throughout the summer.
170- Memory Maker

We go at the end of August.

We go at the end of August, too!
3000 - 7 nights at Poly with 6-day park hoppers (magical deal, too!)
450 - gas and hotel on the way down
1000 - food and alcohol (we're over the character meals at this point, so we usually just do one table-service meal a day and quick-service or snacks the rest of the time)
200 - souvenirs and extras (we go every year so we buy very little of this now)

Another late August trip here!

$955 - our portion of 9 nights @ AoA Suite (We're going with our moms and splitting the room cost 3 ways.)
$1325 - 8-day PH w/ WPF for 2 adults & 1 child
$365 - upgrade to regular DDP
$150 - Memory Maker (I got it pre-purchased just before the price increase!)
$1450 - flights for 4 people, although I haven't booked yet & am watching for lower prices
$100 - stroller rental
$100 - twin air mattress for DD6
$250 - tips for TS meals
$200 - additional food/drinks
$300 - souvenirs
$5195 TOTAL

I don't count things like groceries, toiletries, and clothing because those are things we'd buy anyway if we were at home and/or will also use after vacation. I also have $250 in Disney GCs and about $275 in DDRDs to put towards the costs, and am working towards more rewards or at least will buy some discounted GCs to cover the rest of our tips/food/souvenirs.

ETA: I'm jealous of all of you taking advantage of the magical deal to stay deluxe! Our dates fall within the range but we'd need two standard rooms for our party of 6 so staying in a suite at AoA w/ free dining is a better deal for us. Hopefully they continue to offer it and we can take advantage next time!

AUGUST
$ 3960 - 9 night package @ CSR w/5 day tickets, DDP, Memory Maker
$ 735 - flights for 3 out of BWI
$ 300 - tips for meals, mousekeeping and bellhop
$ 50 - transportation to and from airport
$ 500 - souvenirs
$ 50 - dog sitter

$ 5,695 Total

Since our trip isn't until mid August I don't count things like clothing and footwear because those are things I've been getting for the summer a little at a time for a while now and that they'll be wearing all summer long. I did buy my youngest daughter a dress specifically for our Afternoon Tea at the Grand Floridian but I may let her wear it to church once before we go so that I get my monies worth. But things like shorts, tees, bathing suits and sandals are for summer and we'll be taking those things along with us for our trip.

Late August/early September - party of 5
$479 - 7 nights offsite at Polynesian Isles 2 bedroom condo including resort fee
$300 - gas for drive down & back
$25 - oil change for van after we get back
$400 - for meals in condo and snacks at parks (this includes about $75 worth of groceries that we bring with us in a cooler)
$650 - 1/5 of cost of APs (we take 4-5 trips per 12 month period when we have APs)
$50 - souvenirs (we don't usually buy any because we're there so often -- just in case)

$1,904 Total

We are going May 24- June 3, 2016.

$820- 10 nights Ft Wilderness
$450-1/2 cost FL Resident weekday AP for 4 (we will be making 2 trips this year)
$150-Fuel
$100-tune up/oil change
$400-food (2 TS meals, a few snacks, the rest groceries for the travel trailer)
$80- Souvenirs

$2000- total. I will be paying closer to $1000 out of pocket as I do several gift card deals throughout the year like purchasing $50 gas cards for $40 during Publix specials. I am a couponer, so I will be bringing a good amount of cheap/free food with us (cereal, pop tarts, pasta, and other pantry staples, so I will not have to buy much) Swagbucks for free Target or Walmart cards to purchase Disney Gift Cards. I also will buy discounted Landry's GC to use at T-Rex, use cheap/free Restaurant.com GC to cut cost of another TS meal.

I make my vacation fit into my budget, rather than budget for my vacation. I started with $2000 then tried to get as much out of it as I can. We will spend the weekend resort hopping or at DTD, but will still have 8 park days, and a return trip on our AP. I don't expect to spend $400 on food...but will have it if needed.

December 7th thru 13th 2015

Tickets - Annual Passes $0 (upgrade from DVC discount tickets...paid for in May)
