Whats your bag

What type of bag do you all take into the parks? I had planned on taking a Vera Bradley back pack but it was pointed out to me today that if it gets wet everything inside will be wet.

So I was thinking a backpack and a fanny pack.

Any other suggestions.
We have ONE WEEK until we leave so ordering anything at this point will not work.
