They look overexposed to me. Was this a problem on all pictures, or just some? That info can help us figure this out. If it is on all, then it is likely a fingerprint, a problem with your camera, etc. If only on some, then it is probably how the image was composed.
If your camera was metering the actual parade and not the entire scene, it might have been ignoring the bright sky and therefore let the image overexpose in that area. It depends on what area your camera uses to set the exposure and what setting the camera was on for that. It also looks like this was after a rain, which adds unwanted reflection. I prefer to set my camera to meter and focus on the center of the image. I set them by centering on something that will give me the proper exposure and focus and locking it with a half press of the shutter button. When it is correct, you then re-compose your image and take the picture.
Overexposure can be common on flash pictures, especially on WDW character pics because the backdrop is reflective. Picking the correct angle and distance from the subject can help this. I like to go below eye level for these to keep the light from the flash mainly on the people.
