What's wrong with Junior Mints?

I LOVED that candy as a kid. My DD got a pillowcase full of candy, but not one Junior Mints box. I've noticed a bag of Junior Mints alone are hard to find. I've seen them at Safeway, but not at Target or Wal-Mart. Has that candy gone down in popularity? I'm going to look REALLY hard for Junior Mints next Halloween and hand that out to trick or treaters.

Maybe. I'm just assuming it's gone down in popularity because we always bags and bags of Snickers, M&Ms, Butterfinger, etc...

Oh!! We have the small $1.00 boxes as well. I'm talking about the bag of mini fun size boxes.

I think they are generational. They were in when we were kids. I think York Peppermint Patties are in for this generation of kids? Or maybe Andies Mints?

I didnt see any junior mints either. Only smarties, coffee crisp, aero, etc. So sick of those.

It was nice to see peanut butter cups too. I thought ppl would be afraid to give those out due to allergies.

We don't have any trouble finding them in our part of the country. They are my favorite candy, and I'd lose my mind of the stores stopped selling them. My favorite thing is to suck on them until I reach the sweet peppermint center - yum! I can't believe I confessed this..

If it were my candy bag, i'd send you all the smarties I had. But somehow I dont think my son would appreciate that. Lol. I love smarties waaaay more than choc M&M's. so good!

I like the choc better in the M&M's, but the smarties candy coating is way better.

I think the candy coating makes all the difference in the world. The choc m&ms make me gag. Maybe its the candy coating or the actual choc that i cant stand (for me, I think its the choc). Although I absolutely LOVE the peanut m&ms! I'll be happy to trade for those AND Jr Mints!

We have Smarties everywhere here, even at Dollar Tree. I think they're the most unpopular Halloween candy, because kids get so much if it. I wish I could email some to you!

Who's gonna turn down a Junior Mint? It's chocolate, it's peppermint -it's delicious! ... It's very refreshing!
