I tried calling this morning and after being put on queue for about 20 minutes, the line got disconected... now I have to queue all over again... while typing this post, the same thing happened again.

big sigh.

This is not the first mishap happening with this trip's planning with WDW. What's happening here?

Everything went smoothly for my February 2004 trip planning but NOTHING went smoothly for this December 2004 trip planning.

No wonder I'm no longer excited in going.

I had no problem this morning, I wasn't even put on hold. I was able to get CRT!

Well, now I give up.

After the total of 5 hang-ups (between this call, previous day's call, and another day's call), I've spent more than another 100 minutes of Long Distance fees calling that number... and I'm yet to talk to a CRO... not to mention the calls I've made for straightening my room reservation (they finally got it right after 3 months) and straightening my AP and MVMCP tickets (another 3 months battle). I've spent more than the total of 7 hours on the phone calling long distance to this unorganized company.

AAAAAAAAAARGH!

any CM who reads this, would you kindly PM me? I need your help.

I got through this morning for CRT also. I did have to wait 20 minutes for the confirmation # and then they said they had to call me back with it because they were having system problems. She called back 30 minutes later. YEAH!!!

FatCow--

Try 1-800-828-0228. Wait for them to finish the schpiel about hurricanes and press 3 for dining and then 1 to bypass all the other prompts. It probably won't get you CRT, but you can at least call Disney on their dime.

I am having lots of problems the last two days as well. I have been on hold 2 different times for 30 minutes and was disconnected both times. I am on hold again right now and got the "heavy call volume" message again  . Luckily, I have all but one PS done. I am actually trying to change something for our arrival day on Nov 1st but am having no luck! They have no openings available for 1900 Park Fare on that day. I am trying to call to see if they have had any cancellations.

Not sure what is going on because some people get right through. Oh well, I will just keep trying :D !

I think the call centers are JAMMED with people trying to adapt and change plans due to Ivan (and still cleaning up from his ill mannered siblings Frances and Charley). Plus there may still be phone line damage and when the lines are busy to begin with, it only makes it worse.

Of course this is all conjecture on my part.......but I think given all that they have been through in FL I think all of us vacationers need to stay just a little more patient. I know it's hard.

I totally agree with you... but if a whole bunch of 'mishaps' by Disney have cost me more than US$40 on phone calls alone (not to mention a total of one full working day) and I'm yet to get any of my PS, it's too much.

Disney should publish and official 1-800 lines for people calling from Canada and/or overseas.

Thank you ZULAYA I just called the 1-800 # you suggested. It only took 2xs to get through but when I did they were soooo nice and we are booked for Chef Mickey's breakfast no problem. Thanks again!!
