Anyone notice there is nothing in the "What's Up?" box in the hompage. Isn't it a bit late to not have events up?

I would not be surprised if it remains as such all month. Perhaps this is their deflection, a weaning so-to-speak.

I was kind of thinking that it was going to be a "Thank You and Goodbye" theme

But, I really hope that at least for us DISers this is a huge "Thank you to the Hosts" theme. The hosts deserve our appreciation big time.

uh its kinda depressing me that the halloween decorations are down i liked them but i am happy all the footbase stuff is gone!

Not all people take that attitude about the end though. When I have resigned from a job, I work as if I were getting a raise. I would never want to leave a poor impression on the company or my customers.

Maybe some people still feel that way about VMK. They want their last memories of VMK to be good and when they recall the last few weeks, they would like to remember how they finished a room or met a new friends, etc.
