What's Up With My Reservation?????

Hey all...

One of my waitlist requests came through earlier this month, or at least I think it did! Here's the scenario....

Earlier this month, one of my waitlist requests came through, and I received a confirmation number for a 2BR Garden view at BWV for 7/29-8/4. The problem started when I went onto the main WDW website to check on all of my ADR's. For some reason, my confirmation number didn't go through! After doing some snooping around, I realized that the very same confirmation number I received under my name is now under my in-laws name and is a standard view on the main WDW website!

I'm a little nervous because tech support really didn't help me all that much. I want to make sure we do, in fact, have a 2 BR Garden view at BWV booked. Anyone else have this happen to them?!

I would call MS and check on it.

A few people have reported lead names getting changed around on reservations. And CRO BWV bookings are referred to as standard view I believe even though they are usually the preferred/garden view category. The two systems are different and don't always show the same info so it's probably ok if your previous confirmation said preferred/garden view. What does the DVC website say? Or a call to MS will confirm.

DVC website says I have a garden view, so that's wat I'm planning on. I'll call tomorrow morning to confirm. Thanks everyone!

If the member website says garden view, that's what you have reserved. Ignore the room view at disneyworld.com.

The main Disney website always seems to be wrong. I know even my last stay at the Grand Floridian, it listed a One Bedroom Villas as the room type (we had a Theme Park View room reserved). They seem to have a lot of issues like this.

MS just canceled our travel plan with 2 rooms on it and gave us new reservations numbers but forgot to tell us. According to MS each reservation has to have it's own unique number even though their system is assigning travel plans.

It sure will be nice when and if they get the computer issues fixed.
