What's up with MRS?

I go there and when I click on what little there is to click I get a green screen that says "Congratulations you got the points" nothing else.....same with searches. A little later my DD logs on to it and ALL of the options are 0 points...she clicked on it and gets the same green screen but no points are added to the account.....is this how it is when programs are getting ready to fold?
