What's Up with HDDR & CRT - OOP/DDP?

Can you split OOP & DDP at these meals? Is this one of those "depends on the CM" situations or is there a rule in place? This may change how I use our credits.

Any knowledge of this appreciated!

What was your character meal? I understood this for HDDR and Royal table but was planning to pay OOP at CP for the kids.
