My DH and 2 boys will be going on our first cruise ( and first trip to WDW) in Sept. and I was just wondering what there is for my DH and I to do?

We are two adults with no kids, have been on 5 DCL cruises. It a cruise for everyone, not just kids.

They have everything from bingo for the really laid back to 3 different clubs that run different shows every night to a luxurious spa, the list goes on and on. You get a navigator in your stateroom every evening that outlines the next days' events, pick what you want to do, there's usually something for everyone.

Let's see - there's the adult-only pool, there's deck 4 with a nice beverage and a book and the sun, there's the spa, the fitness center, first-run movies, bingo, lots of other games, long lingering over breakfast or lunch (for a change for us with two small children!), naps, or other excursions on port days! Our DD spent a lot of time at the club so we had good quality adult time, but we also enjoyed spending time with her at the family pool and at other family games and activities, character meetings, etc.

In addition to everything that has been posted, I am looking forward to attending some of the behind the scene workshops. Those look really interesting to me. We also have 2 kids but didn't get to do very much without one of them with us. Hopefully we will get that chance on our next cruise but if not, it's a good excuse for rebooking onboard!

The wine-tasting class was a lot of fun!

My Husband and I do not have any children and have been on 6 Disney cruises. We enjoy the adult pool, bingo, room service, and the many quiet spots around the ship where you can sit and talk or read.

We enjoyed the galley tour and the Best of Entertainment series. DD the CM had a blast decorating a plate and practicing making paste roses. Even though the activity was limited to 18 and over, I think my 25 year old reverted to childhood she had so much fun.

Next cruise we plan to book a verandah cabin and sit on the verandah and watch the water go by. Also plan to schedule the bridge tour and do a hidden Mickey search all over the ship.

I recommend the Hot Tub at 11:00pm...Well maybe I shouldn't because then it will start getting crowded. Anyway, it's still a really relaxing way to end the day. Usually only 5-8 people in the adult pool area at that time split between two hot tubs.

My hubby's favorite is taking a book to the Tropical Rain Forest....not to mention seeing how high he can run up the Spa bill!

Why not go over to dave's site - dcltribute.com or barb's site ***************** and look at the navigators to give you an idea of the activities each day.
