that you can order ahead for special occasions and have something waiting in the room upon arrival? ( anniversary, birthday,etc..)
I have seen it before, but never put it away

I called C/S and they didn't know. I would appreciate if anyone can help.

Just keep in mind that until you are checked in your room could be assigned to someone else.

So make arrangement to have it delivered or placed after you check in. That way you can enjoy the surprise and not someone else.
