What's the situation like with MCO Hyatt remodeling?

Has anyone stayed at MCO Hyatt in the past week or so? We are due to stay there next week prior to our cruise. I recently received an email from them stating that they would be doing "extensive reconstruction" of their marble floors and that key hotel services would be relocated to various locations throughout the hotel.
Just wondering if anyone has been their recently to see first-hand what this entails, and how much interruption to your stay you noticed. I really need some R and R out of this vacation, and dealing with contruction doesn't thrill me.
