Whats the point

ok....now before I say this, all I'm trying to do is prove a point and keep the arguments away. I'm not speaking to a certain person either so don't take this personally. Projects this big are hard. The members working on the yearbook and the members that are not are going to have small arguments. Not everyone is going to be happy. When your under stress you get frustrated and you don't think about what you say. Izzie is under a lot of pressure as is the rest of the staff. Nobody is going to mean everything they say on here, it's just a way of releasing their anger and frustration. Being stress[im a great example] I yell at everyone!! I snap at them and sometimes it hurts their feelings, but I never meant it. Everyone on here is friends and they want to be a part of it all. This is a great idea, and if someone is rude, I'm guessing they didn't mean it. You all here are great people and this is hard work. The members just in the yearbook feel left out, and don't think they are getting a say in anything. Everyone here is going to feel angry, frustrated or left out during this period, but after it's over everyone will get along. arguments like this happened between my friends and they never would talk to each other. I know that won't happen here, and disers here aren't getting into fights they are just arguments. I'm just saying don't like it effect you. This is the first TB yearbook and there are great ideas and some things could be changed. That's why next year if they should happen to make one they will know what to do different. This is a learning experience for everyone. Again I was kind of afraid to say it, but I can't hold in opinions. Not pointed to any person, each side has a good argument. [ifeelbetter]

When Jess made that first thread, she never hinted that EVERYONE was going to be on staff. Never. She just needed a few people to help HER do the yearbook. It's her project, like it or not.

People don't know this, but we have this under-control. And it is not dis-organized. If you don't want us to be stressed, don't rebel against it like this.

Also, you have tons of say in what goes on your page, just a few restrictions. Like no collages. Big deal.

Everyone just needs to calm down, and trust us that it's not all spazzy like it might seem.

Hazzi I'm really sorry that it sounded that way. I was trying to make a point that it's true that people are going to sound rude and harsh but they probably don't mean it. Granted I don't know what people were thinking but I was trying to explain it equally. I especially wasn't trying to direct it at anyone and I am especially sorry that it sounded that way.

Yes, that's half what I was getting at. And the other half about how things can be changed or improved. Both sides, is what I was trying to present, not just the saying things when they don't mean side of it. And [refer to other post] I'm not afraid of you. I'm just afraid about what I post, because I know things that I say like opinions at school and home usually get translated to something they are not even close to suppose to be and I don't want anyone getting hurt by what they think I meant. And when I say things they tend to come out that's what I think so there and it seems like I don't care what I say but I do. [but i really do mean well]

But I minded. That's not what I meant and I didn't want it sounding as though it was you i was refering too, that's why I changed it. If I change anything it's not because someone didn't agree, it was because I decided it wasn't right, and didn't sound as I wanted it too. [understand I hope]
