just coz your under stress does not mean you can snap innocent peoples heads off.
don't bite off more than you can chew, perhaps a thread about staff would have been helpful like we have this many needed and no more and all the jobs available.
makes life a little easier

oh and i'm not saying this isn't a great idea it's a really cool one i just think more planning and preparation should have been done, and yes it's jess's project she can do whatever she wants when it all comes down to it but our all a part of it now leave me alone isn't the attitude.

i think its fine but i'm say it could be a little more organized i think some of you are working to hard i'm not kritizing you guys i luv what you are doingwere but if you want to print out a 100 paged yearbook it'll be about $45 and a website would work alot better and be cheaper again i'm trying to hurt anyone the idea is awsome but the tb is for disney and fun and i think fun was tooken away from you i'm really sorry if offended you you've been working hard

See you don't get it. This is "fun" for us. We don't want to be just staring at soap operas all day.

We're not taking any fun away from the TB, we're just trying to do this in the most organized way. And a website would be MADNESS. Also, 2500 people on the staff would be madness.

My veiw point has changed I NEVER MENT TO BE RUDE AND I'M SORRY i'v allrEADY said that the yearbook idea is sooooooooooooooooooo cool and i don't want anyone hurt i think some poeple are working hard and others don't bunderstand jenny and jees are a great team and has gotten alot done in 3 days.

I read the official yearbook thread and it seems all Jessie is doing in her life right now is the yearbook, she must be soo stressed!! I think we need more helpers to offload the pressure.
-I really appreciate all the work my page designer is doing - I am soo sorry can't remember your name - but I feel I am not getting much input in my page layout.

We said you could tell them what quotes, images, fonts, colors you wanted. I think that's a lot of input.
We don't need a ton of people helping, we have plenty now. And if Jess wants more people, she will ask. Simple as that. Why can't you understand that the people are not overly stressed, and that WE HAVE THIS THING UNDER CONTROL.

I've said it multiple times, and I'll say it AGAIN. I don't mind it! I'm stressed a lot. I'm used to it, and I like having a workload. I like being kept busy. DONT WORRY ABOUT ME. I BROUGHT THIS ON MYSELF!

ok....now before I say this, all I'm trying to do is prove a point and keep the arguments away. I'm not speaking to a certain person either so don't take this personally. Projects this big are hard. The members working on the yearbook and the members that are not are going to have small arguments. Not everyone is going to be happy. When your under stress you get frustrated and you don't think about what you say. Izzie is under a lot of pressure as is the rest of the staff. Nobody is going to mean everything they say on here, it's just a way of releasing their anger and frustration. Being stress[im a great example] I yell at everyone!! I snap at them and sometimes it hurts their feelings, but I never meant it. Everyone on here is friends and they want to be a part of it all. This is a great idea, and if someone is rude, I'm guessing they didn't mean it. You all here are great people and this is hard work. The members just in the yearbook feel left out, and don't think they are getting a say in anything. Everyone here is going to feel angry, frustrated or left out during this period, but after it's over everyone will get along. arguments like this happened between my friends and they never would talk to each other. I know that won't happen here, and disers here aren't getting into fights they are just arguments. I'm just saying don't like it effect you. This is the first TB yearbook and there are great ideas and some things could be changed. That's why next year if they should happen to make one they will know what to do different. This is a learning experience for everyone. Again I was kind of afraid to say it, but I can't hold in opinions. Not pointed to any person, each side has a good argument. [ifeelbetter]
