Whats the one vegetable you could eat every day?

Chocolate. Really if you think about it chocolate is a vegetable since it comes from a plant.

In all seriousness I could eat asparagus and spinach daily as well as fried yuca and malanga

I will proudly represent the south and say fried okra and/or fried green tomatos.

On a healthier note asparagus or the beloved fungi

Raw okra but only if it comes out of my veggie garden - the ones in the store are pitiful...

Tomatoes, cauliflower, carrots & onions...but my absolute favorite food is cabbage. Preferred raw with a light slaw dressing, but will eat cabbage anyway I can get it. I eat it almost everyday. Of course, I like Brussel Sprouts, they are mini cabbages! But I don't like eggplant or lima beans (yuck)

then beet greens too......yummy.......on my eighth birthday I got a restaurant size can of spinach......it was what I asked for.......but I prefer fresh spinach.....at least two pounds of it......yummy
