Whats the one vegetable you could eat every day?

Haven't ever had one that I don't like. My faves are potatoes, mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus (with hollendaise), corn, string beans, cooked carrots with a little butter, a little salt, and I love eggplant..

Pretty much ANY vegetable (excpet brussel sprouts, ick).

I do eat lots of veggies daily -- broccoli and asparagus are my current faves, plus I eat at least one salad daily with veggies on top.

Radishes, low in calories and don't upset your systems like some veggies.

I eat the following veggies everyday in my lunch salad:

romaine lettuce
carrots
cucumbers
radishes
beets
celery
tomatoes
artichoke hearts

And I'd eat butternut squash everyday if I could! But I'm too lazy to peel and cook it so I don't

The ones I don't like are cauliflower and brussel sprouts. But I will still eat them.

One single lowly vote here, for the stinky brussel sprout.

Fresh, nuked and drowning in butter.

I like most vegies though and would nibble on any of 'em daily if they were fresh.
