What's the last medical test you had done?

I just had an ultrasound and x-ray of my right knee and am waiting for an appointment for an MRI too.

Next month it's a bone density scan and a mammogram.

Blood work to monitor my diabetes control and liver function. 29 year diabetic in good control and I have to get it done every 3 to 4 months

Sleep Study for Sleep Apnea.

They said I had a mild case. My answer, "with a million wires hooked up to ya, a video camera, sensory devices throughout the room in an unknown bed; everyone has a mild case of sleep apnea."

Mammogram two weeks ago.

Going for complete bloodwork Monday morning and a sleep study in a week. All of which stinks royally because my insurance ends today!

To test to make sure I didnt have anemia anymore.. At last check my bloodcount was normal.. whew..

I've never had a sleep study done, but I have wondered how on earth people sleep in that environment?! Do they give you a sleeping pill of some kind, or do you just toss and turn until you eventually fall asleep?
