Whats the earliest lunch at 50s prime time?

Just wondering if we could skip breakfast and do an early lunch here?
Does anyone know the time of the first lunch seating?
Would it be too early for that kind of food?

They open at 11:00 am; I don't see that as very early to eat lunch.

I arrive at work at 6:00 am, so I am usually ready to eat by 11:00 am.
