Some days this week our forecast calls for just snow. Other days snow flurries. And still other days snow showers. What's the difference? :confused3

I've been told that it has something to do with how many inches you get, and how long it lasts.

I think flurries refers to a light snow, and snow showers refers to a wetter, slushier type snowfall.

I miss snow flurries!
