What's the Difference in CS and WL rooms?

I currently have a room at WL for $134/night with the woods view in Dec. I see there is now an AP rate for $140 for the courtyard view. What is the difference in the room types? Would you switch for the extra $6 night?

Also what is the difference between a standard room and king room at CS?

At CS king rooms are sometimes corner rooms Other than that they are the same.
