Central Reservations (CRO) and Walt Disney Travel (WDTC)?? Please forgive me if this has been answered recently. I couldn't find any information on it and thought I'd ask here. What's the benefits of using one over the other and any additional information (e.g. "ins or outs") would be greatly appreciated.

here is a link explaining the difference between CRO and WDTC. In general, CRO has a better payment plan and a much better cancellation policy.
