What's the difference between a breakfast at the castle and a princess breakfast?

Please explain the difference between a breakfast at the castle and a princess breakfast. When I called to try to schedule a breakfast at the castle, they were no dates available and they ask me if I would like to schedule a princess breakfast. Two daughters age 5 and 2, any suggestions or tricks in scheduling?

The princess breakfast is at EPCOT in the Norway pavilion. It's also very good, with most the same princesses except for Cinderella. If you go to the Restaurants board there's a thread at the top that will give you some hints on getting the breakfast at the castle.
