what's the crowds like mid sept.???

Hello: We're heading down mid Sept and wondered what the crowds will be like then? Thanks

Went mid sept last year going Sept this year.

Last year restaurants were packed with free dining as they will be this year:

However heres the good part!
Wait times for ride were as follows:

Tower of Terror - 5 minutes
R&R - Walk on
Splash Mountain - 15 minutes
Soarin - EMH Epcot - walk on
Test track - walk on
Safari - 15 minutes

Longest wait was for pooh in MK at 20 minutes

We went last September(mid) going the same time this year. There were a lot of people in the parks and restaurants however, we had no wait times at all. Half the time the times said 15-20 wait but we walked right on. Hope it's the same this year.

IMO, best time to go down.....Once you go in September/October, you'll never go any other time of year!

We always go mid September. Make sure you have adr's because of free dinning but the wait for rides was never more than 15-20 minutes.

If you are an early bird you can do almost all the rides in any park before it gets crowded if the afternoons. By crowded I mean 15-20 minute waits.

Before free dinning we would have restaurants to our selfs and never needed ADR's in September.
