Cheeseburger - Raglan Road. Puts every CS burger to shame (haven't had any TS ones so can't really compare)
mashed potatoes - Le Cellier
french fries - Yorkshire County (Epcot, UK CS), or raglan road.
chicken - Cooke's of Dublin (CS at Raglan Road has great fried chicken strips, different from the standard WDW strips (or now nuggets)). Are you seeing a pattern here?
shakes - 50s Prime Time, and you can order them at the bar. The Fountain at the dolphin has some good ones as well.
desserts - California Grill. Had an amazing pumpkin torte there last december.
steak - Le Cellier. Also heard good things about Yachtsman.
ribs - Boma, not sure if they have them every night
pizza - No good traditional pizza at WDW if you ask me, but the flatbreads at the california grill are amazing
bread - Raglan Road (AGAIN), they have a great brown bread with a guiness/olive oil dip.
sandwiches - The Earl.
