What's the best way for 2 families to book airfare?

I've only ever booked airfare for my own family.

Another family is going to WDW the same dates this December.

The other family hasn't flown before, has no internet, don't know how to use a computer, but wants to fly with us.

Can I book all 8 of us at once using my credit card? I know they'll pay me back.

Or would it be better for me to book my own family, call the second family to let them know? They don't own a computer.

I'm not sure how to do this. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've done that before. A member of the family that was going with us was sitting at my house with me and we were looking at the computer together. I showed them the flights we would be on and how much it was. They agreed, I hit the purchase button and they wrote me a check. It is usually less expensive to book online.

We also have friends that we travel with that do use the internet and have credit cards. If we want to fly together, we both watch airfares, and usually one of us calls the other when a deal pops up and we each book right then while we are on the phone together.
